We do not guarantee price, value, token performance, or protocol outcomes.

All users engage at their own risk and are responsible for their own wallets, tokens, and transactions.

4. No Ownership, Control, or Team Responsibility

Rucco has:

No company,

No dev team,

No contractual obligations to users.

All interactions are peer-to-peer, governed by the protocol itself. There is no one to reverse, refund, or recover lost transactions.

5. Risks

By using Rucco, you acknowledge:

Crypto is inherently risky and volatile.

You may lose all value in your tokens.

Protocols can face technical issues, market swings, or regulatory changes.

While Rucco minimizes smart contract risks through Solana’s Token-2022 program, blockchain participation always involves inherent risks.

6. Fees & Distributions

Rucco applies a 6.9% fee per transaction, which is distributed automatically:

Holders: 5.0% (~72.5%)

Liquidity & Operations: 1.0% (~14.5%)

Ambassador Nodes: 0.9% (~13%)

These are protocol-level mechanics governed by Token-2022 transfer fee mechanisms; they are not manually controlled.

7. Protocol Participation

RUCCO tokens represent units of participation in the protocol, not financial securities or speculative assets.

Users receive protocol usage fees based on their holdings and active participation in the network.

No promises of profits or returns are made; the protocol remains true to its decentralized, non-speculative ethos.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use Rucco for illegal activities.

Use Rucco in violation of sanctions or export controls.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the protocol.

9. Intellectual Property

All graphics, logos, text, and media on the Rucco website are owned or licensed by the Rucco community. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.

10. No Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rucco (and anyone involved in its creation) disclaims all liability for:

11. Emergency Backup Protocol
